Williamsburg Retail Shops

Since 2017, we have been proud to work with L3 Capital LLC, a national real estate investment firm specializing in the retail market.  The portfolio we have worked on is centered in Williamsburg, formerly an industrial area, now one of Brooklyn’s most highly prized and valuable mixed-use districts. We have worked with them on many different sites in the neighborhood, exploring developing occupied and empty lots for retail, office, and residential uses.

  • From 5,000 to 25,000 sq.ft., all the current projects are new steel-frame retail/commercial buildings. All projects share a commitment to contextual design, buildings that show a devotion to the industrial brick and steel window character of the neighborhood. We are honored to work with L3 and look forward to continuing our partnership with them.
